 
        
        An excellent opportunity for an experienced Aftermarket Sales Director to join a leading engineering solutions company supporting the UK utilities and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong experience as a Senior Sales person within an engineering or manufacturing firm.
This key leadership role is responsible for developing and delivering a high-performing Aftermarket sales strategy, driving growth across service offerings including surveys, spares, repairs, and modifications.
The successful candidate will play a central role in achieving ambitious revenue targets and shaping the long-term direction of the company’s Aftermarket business.
Key Responsibilities
 * Define and execute the Aftermarket sales strategy to achieve significant revenue growth by 2030.
 * Lead and manage all aspects of Aftermarket sales, ensuring strong commercial performance and high gross margins.
 * Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to maximise service opportunities.
 * Utilise CRM tools to track equipment history and proactively target installed base customers.
 * Develop competitive pricing strategies to reduce downtime and deliver customer value.
 * Introduce innovative service solutions such as condition monitoring and rapid-response offerings.
 * Work closely with Operations and internal stakeholders to ensure team capability supports growth plans.
 * Promote collaboration with related business units to enhance overall customer value and service integration.
Skills & Experience Required
 * Degree-qualified (Engineering, Business, or related discipline).
 * Proven experience in Aftermarket sales, service management, or related engineering sales leadership.
 * Strong understanding of the UK utilities or industrial engineering market.
 * Demonstrable success in developing and implementing service-based revenue growth strategies.
 * Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
 * Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a collaborative working style.
