The role:
Commercial and residential property mattersDrafting and negotiating leases and transfersTitle reviews and Land Registry workGradually managing your own caseload (mentored and supported)
The candidate:
Newly qualified or 1–2 PQE property lawyerPositive, solution-focused, and keen to learnOrganised with attention to detail
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5/week
