Join us as a Senior Teaching Assistant for our team in Cannock, supporting students to develop practical skills for life and work.
Youll help deliver hands-on activities, support personalised learning, and encourage students to build confidence and independence through real-world experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Support students with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, home tuition, outreach, and outdoor activities.
* Assist with lesson preparation and delivery, focusing on behaviour management and emotional health.
* Provide daily progress reports and identify learning barriers.
* Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Student Support Mentor to support students and engage with parents.
* Keep parents or caregivers regularly updated on their childs progress
Requirements
* Is passionate about supporting students with SEND
* Has at least 2 years experience in a SEND or similar setting
* Level 3 TA qualification
* QTS/QTLS is a plus
