We are currently recruiting for a full-time Front Office Associate to join our team. First impressions are everything. You’ll help create memorable experiences for our guests and ensure a smooth check-out.

Responsibilities

* Process guest check-ins, assign rooms and activate room keys
* Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in and report guest concerns
* Answer, respond to and process all guest calls, messages, questions or concerns
* Provide information and directions regarding the hotel and local areas of interest
* Process check-outs, resolve any disputed charges
* Process payments and room charges
* Confirm reservations and cancellations, and run daily arrivals/departures reports


Safety And Company Policies

* Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
* Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager
* Complete safety training and certifications
* Maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
* Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
* Communicate with others using clear and professional language
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships
* Support the team to reach common goals
* Listen and respond appropriately to concerns of other employees
* Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in a customer service role
* Supervisory Experience: None required
* License or Certification: None required
