DCS are seeking a Technical Coordinator to join a well-established demolition team during a period of growth. This role is central to the successful delivery of demolition projects, coordinating technical, administrative and site activities from pre-start through to completion.\n\nYou will act as a key point of contact between Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, site teams, subcontractors, clients and other teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and on programme.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCoordinate planning, permits and approvals (Planning, Building Control, Highways)\n\nSupport site mobilisation, logistics, testing and waste management\n\nLiaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities\n\nPrepare and manage project documentation, permits and compliance records\n\nMonitor project programmes, milestones and reporting\n\nSupport budgeting, invoicing, tenders and multiple live sites\n\nSkills & Experience:\n\nStrong organisational and communication skills\n\nGood knowledge of demolition/construction processes and safety standards\n\nConfident IT and administrative ability\n\nExperience in demolition...
