Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join supportive and well-established SEN schools in the Redhill area. These full-time positions are ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Working Hours:
* 40 hours per week
* Start time: 8:15am
* Finish times:
o Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 4:45pm
o Tuesday: 5:00pm
o Friday: 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with a range of special educational needs within the classroom
* Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and tailored learning activities
* Provide one-to-one and small group support
* Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children with SEN in a classroom setting (essential)
* A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting students
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
* Ability to engage, motivate, and build positive relationships with students
