Zachary Daniels are recruiting First Line IT Support for a fast growing, award winning retailer in Stockport. This is a Monday - Friday role, with a basic salary of up to £28,000 plus additional benefits and guaranteed bonuses!!
We are looking for a friendly and proactive individual to join their IT team as a First Line Support Analyst.

The Role of the First Line IT Support:
* Provide first‑line technical support to users across multiple sites and a growing online customer base
* Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating where necessary
* Support and maintain business applications and network infrastructure
* Assist with system design, testing and ongoing IT projects
* Deliver support via phone, email and occasional on‑site visits
The ideal candidate:
