As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse students, covering classes in Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, and Early Years. Roles and Responsibilities: Covering classes in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans or creating engaging lessons on the spot. Providing a positive and supportive learning environment for students. Managing classroom behavior and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Collaborating with school staff to maintain continuity in the learning process. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working with primary-aged students. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and year groups. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to build rapport with students and establish a positive learning environment.
