Your Daily Impact:
Offer personalised support to students with additional or complex learning needs.
Use creative strategies to build students’ confidence, communication abilities, and independence.
Deliver practical life skills in addition to literacy and numeracy learning.
Foster a classroom atmosphere where students feel safe, respected, and included.
Encourage teamwork, peer interaction, and social development through engaging activities.
Calm, compassionate, and quick to adapt in a dynamic learning environment.
Strong ability to handle challenges while promoting a positive and respectful culture.
Team-focused with great communication and collaboration skills.
Willing to learn and grow through regular training opportunities.
Confident and approachable when working one-on-one or in small groups.
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence is essential.
Ideally available for full-time work (Monday to Friday).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
