1. Location: Office based in Ringwood, Hampshire
2. Salary: From £22,000 per annum, dependent on experience
3. Hours: 37.5 hours per week
4. Shift patterns: Mix of earlies 06:30-14:30, days 09:00-17:00 and lates 14:30-22:30, to include every other weekend on the roster

What does the role involve?
Telephone-based customer support, including:
12. Taking incoming calls from retired Homeowners, responding to a variety of situations including emergencies (e.g. accidents, fires, floods), fire panel alarms, security entry calls or speaking to people keen to hear a friendly voice.
Logging each call in our CRM system ensuring information is accurately recorded every time.
Remaining alert to ensure you are ready and available for your next customer.
Providing a friendly and responsive approach to every call.
13. No sales, just great customer service!
About you
14. We are looking for people with excellent customer service skills with experience of call centres, retail, hospitality, care sector or similar backgrounds.
15. You will be a great listener and communicator, motivated, reliable, resilient, empathetic, flexible, calm in a crisis and with good common sense!
16. You’ll demonstrate an excellent telephone manner, with a good standard of written and spoken English and good IT skills.
