Practice Nurse
Location: Headley Drive
Salary: Up to £48,000 depending on experience

Main Responsibilities
* Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained.
* Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
* Provide care for presenting patients, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
Ideal Candidate
UK registered nurse with significant post‑registration experience and experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
Must have good knowledge of the quality outcomes framework.
