What You NEED
* Time‑served Fabricator/Welder with proven workshop experience
* Strong fabrication skills across stainless steel and cylindrical work
* Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings confidently
* Competent across MIG/TIG processes (TIG tacking required)
* Strong attention to detail, ability to work to high finish levels
* Understanding of safe working practices and quality processes
* Physically capable of manual handling tasks within a workshop setting

Role & Responsibilities
* Fabrication and welding of stainless‑steel components and cylindrical assemblies
* Working from detailed engineering drawings to produce high‑accuracy work
* Using TIG processes for tacking and assisting overall fabrication efficiency
* Maintaining high finish quality across all manufactured components
* Completing daily workshop administration (clocking, timesheets, consumables)
* Contributing to continuous improvement, tooling and process suggestions
* Maintaining safe, clean workshop standards at all times
* Supporting occasional on‑site work and representing the business professionally
