Accounts & Payroll Specialist Role Location: Surrey Full Time, Fully site based Permanent basis Construction experience In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Enter and generate payroll for multiple states, multiple unions, Federal and Public Works Contracts · Prepare and process all payroll deductions, taxes and fringe benefits Prepare all Quarterly and Year End Tax Reports (ie: 941, W-2's, ACA 1095-C) Set up and maintain all personnel files. Prepare and update New Hire packages (update posters etc.) Conduct new employee orientation and complete documentation Responsible for all HR inquires (ie: employment verifications, garnishments) Manage workflow to ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely Must routinely meet tight deadlines Assist employees with payroll, benefits and HR issues Assist in other departments as needed Please could you apply to be considered for this excellent opportunity, or contact Paige Camies at the Fawkes & Reece office for more information...
