Our client, a welcoming and well-established primary school in Reading, is seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their team for 3 days per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who enjoys working across year groups and subjects, and who thrives on variety and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2 to cover teachers' PPA time
2. Work closely with class teachers and support staff to ensure continuity of learning
3. Follow school policies, planning frameworks, and behaviour expectations
4. Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and has recent UK primary teaching experience
2. Is flexible, proactive, and confident teaching across multiple year groups
3. Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and a positive, can-do attitude
4. Is committed to raising standards and supporting pupil progress
