Utilities Administrator

The Role
This is a varied, fast-paced administrative position suited to someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing data and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Track and input meter readings, energy usage and recharges
2. Submit change of tenancies and help manage supplier transfers
3. Liaise with energy providers, surveyors, and internal stakeholders
4. Support tracking of EPC certificates and arrange new assessments
