Job Title: Portfolio Manager
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: £75k–£80k per annum
Bonus: 10% management bonus based on a mix of performance and individual goals

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Portfolio Manager to join our team at a rapidly expanding organisation. This role is the most outward-facing across all internal teams, acting as a key point of contact for a variety of stakeholders, including guest experience teams, operations teams, and retail concession operators. The Portfolio Manager will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication and project delivery as we prepare for significant growth in the coming year.
The role will focus on overseeing multiple small but critical projects that ensure the business arms run smoothly. You will work closely with key stakeholders to shape, triage, and implement a variety of initiatives, such as opening new retail stores and engaging with new partners.
