The Role The successful candidate will manage a varied public law children's caseload, including: * Handling care proceedings and related public law matters from pre-proceedings through to conclusion * Drafting court documents, statements and legal advice * Liaising closely with social care teams, counsel, courts and other stakeholders * Attending and representing at hearings, with advocacy support available * Providing clear, practical legal advice to internal clients * Contributing to team objectives within a supportive, hybrid working environment The level of responsibility will be tailored to experience, with appropriate supervision and development opportunities.
