Originally a country home, Pendean House has been transformed and modernised to provide care for people requiring nursing, residential, Parkinson's, and palliative care. Your role in bringing the home to life

Join us and be part of a team that truly makes a difference. Your work will help create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for, contributing to their overall wellbeing and happiness.

Responsibilities include:

* Using bespoke software to raise invoices, process income including cash allocation, complete banking, and manage debt.
* Liaising with Local and Health Authorities to ensure accurate information and payments.
* Managing documentation for admissions, including Terms and Conditions.
* Safeguarding resident monies and funds, recording and reconciling transactions.
* Administering purchasing, supplier payments, petty cash, and replenishment.
* Processing employee information and payroll accurately and on time.
* Providing clerical support to the Home Manager, including correspondence and reports.
* Maintaining organized filing systems, stationery supplies, and personnel files.

Key Skills / Qualifications:

Experience as a Financial Administrator, excellent customer service skills, friendly manner both face-to-face and over the phone, approachable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to build strong relationships with residents, families, and teams. A caring attitude is essential to make a real difference in people’s lives.
