Job Title: Specialist Pharmacist
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (shifts between 8am-4:30pm or 10am-6:30pm on a rota)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: 44,000 - 48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join an innovative pharmaceutical team as a Clinical Pharmacist and step into a rewarding role outside of traditional patient-facing settings. This opportunity is perfect for those wanting to move into the pharmaceutical industry or develop their experience in quality-led, process-driven work. In this role, you will:
Act as Responsible Pharmacist on a rota
Clinically check prescriptions across specialist areas including oncology, immunotherapy, and rare diseases
Support continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and SOP development
Manage homecare prescription screening and patient queries
Assist with regulatory and quality-related projects, including clinical trials and early access schemes
Collaborate with NHS and industry stakeholders
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
Previous experience as a registered or pre-reg Pharmacist
An interest in process improvement and innovation
Willingness to work outside of traditional pharmacy duties
Oncology experience or project work (desirable, not essential)
Strong communication and decision-making skills
