Senior Operations Leadership Opportunity
Were looking for a senior operations leader to take ownership of a complex, regulated manufacturing area.
This is a broad leadership role with responsibility for performance, people, technical delivery, customer confidence and long-term operational improvement.
The Role
* Lead a multi-disciplinary manufacturing value stream across operations, technical support, MSAT and project delivery
* Own performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people
* Balance day-to-day manufacturing delivery with change, scale-up and improvement activity
* Provide senior oversight of GxP, EHS, quality, regulatory and customer requirements
* Lead technology transfer, validation, investigations, change control and process improvement
* Govern operational, technical, customer and capital projects
* Partner with quality, engineering, supply chain, finance, HR and commercial teams
* Act as a senior customer-facing operational and technical representative
* Build leadership capability, accountability and succession across the team
What We’re Looking For
* Senior operations leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
* Strong background in regulated environments, ideally drug substance, API, sterile, biologics or complex technical manufacturing
* Confidence leading through change, growth or transformation
* Strong understanding of GxP, EHS, quality systems and inspection readiness
* Technical credibility across process robustness, tech transfer, validation and investigations
* Commercial awareness, including budgets, capacity, resources and customer delivery
* A visible, practical leader who can make clear decisions and develop high-performing teams
