We are currently recruiting for a Chief Housekeeping Steward to join our Housekeeping team at The Londoner Hotel. This role offers opportunities for career progression.
Overview:
An exciting opportunity to join The Londoner Hotel as a Chief Housekeeping Steward.
As Chief Housekeeping Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring the public areas of the hotel are cleaned and prepared for the following day. This includes overseeing the work of the House Stewards to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
You will implement housekeeping standards in public areas and support your team with ad hoc duties as needed.
You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, aligned with our core values and standards of exceeding guest expectations.
About You:
Previous supervisory housekeeping experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or similar environment is required.
You must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
You should be able to lead a team and communicate effectively.
