The Opportunity

The Role
You’ll manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion. Secretarial support will be provided.
Typical matters will include sales and purchases of both registered and unregistered land, freehold and leasehold, remortgages, buy to let and new build properties.

Requirements
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx (with at least 4 years' solid residential conveyancing experience)
Experience dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions: freehold, leasehold, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity, etc.
Strong understanding of all regulatory and AML requirements
