Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting business development efforts, managing client pipelines, and ensuring a seamless customer experience, all while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

Salary: £25kp/aKey Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through strategic, multi-channel outreach, leveraging phone calls and personalised emails to drive interest and build relationships
Manage and maintain an accurate, up-to-date client pipeline, ensuring all lead activity is tracked and optimised for effective follow-up and conversion
Create and deliver professional, detail-oriented sales quotes and process orders with accuracy and efficiency to meet client expectations and support revenue growth
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, evaluate competitor activity, and pinpoint high-potential opportunities for business expansion
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across targeted segments to open doors and drive new business opportunities
Contribute to the creation of impactful presentations and pitch materials that clearly communicate value propositions and support the wider business development strategy
Support the development of tailored client proposals, data-driven insights, and internal reports to inform strategic planning and strengthen client engagement effortsSkills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

1–2 years of administrative experience
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbally
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines through strong time management and organisational skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
