Job Advert It’s an exciting time to join the recruitment team at NWF Group. We are growing at a rapid rate across our multiple business’ and require a Recruitment Advisor to support us in attracting top talent across the industry. We are in the process of redesigning our HR department, from a recruitment perspective that includes; building a brand new ATS, rewriting our recruitment policies and processes, enhancing our employer brand and much more. Why NWF Group? * Up too £32,000 dependant on experience * Monday to Friday * Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Wardle office * 12-month fixed term contract with scope to extend/permanent * 33 days holiday incl bank holidays with the option to buy more * Discounts across shopping, groceries, travel, entertainment, dining, days out, health & beauty and much more! * Extensive progression opportunities across the wider group that has 2 other businesses * Incentive and company days out * Extensive training opportunities with funded accredited courses * Medicash * Long service awards * The usual: company pension, life assurance, cycle to work scheme, employee assistance programme, free refreshments, free on-site parking Day to Day * End to End Recruitment: Managing the entire recruitment process from advertising and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing offers * Volume: Actively working up to 30 roles per month across 3businessesand multiple sites * Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide guidance as an SME throughout the process * Candidate Sourcing & Pipelining: Utilise various channels such as social media, job boards, referrals and events to attract top talent. * Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates regardless of outcome through timely and professional communication. * Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records across the ATS and excel reports. What will you bring? * Previous experience in a recruitment role is essential, experience in volume & sales recruitment would be advantageous * Organised, attentive to detail, and able work in a busy and fast-paced environment * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and work to deadlines * Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on your own initiative * Computer literate with the ability to work across multiple systems such as ATS, Outlook, Excel & Job Boards -previous experience with hireful ATS would be advantageous but not essential Who are NWF Group?
