About the Role
You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of customers, managing contract performance, ensuring compliance, and driving profitable growth. This is a consultative, customer-facing role focused on service quality, financial optimisation and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor contract performance for assigned customers
* Ensure full Health & Safety compliance
* Analyse profitability and recommend improvements
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* Provide customers with proactive, strategic support as a trusted advisor
* Improve fleet utilisation and reduce end-of-contract exposure
* Share KPIs, data insights and service recommendations
* Drive overall customer satisfaction and service excellence
* Collaborate across departments to support group financial goals
* Travel nationwide as required
