Job Coach Two Positions Available VN2349 Salary: £25,165 per annum pro rata (Grade 2) Post 1: 11 hours per week Post 2: 28 hours per week Actual Salary: Post 1 - £6,039.60, Post 2 - £15,602.30 Part-Time, Term-Time Only, Permanent Excellent suite of total reward benefits Looking for a role where you can make a real difference to young people’s lives? You’ll support learners in real workplace settings, helping them build confidence, independence and the skills needed for employment. You don’t need previous experience as a Job Coach - what matters is having the right skills, attitude and commitment to supporting young people with a range of needs. You’ll work closely with employers, and play a key role in helping learners progress into meaningful work.
