Location: Darlington
Salary: circa £37, per annum plus benefits

The Role
As Service Manager, you will:
Lead and manage a team of support staff within a busy residential setting
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding policies, and health & safety standards
Oversee quality assurance, contractual compliance, and service development
Be a visible ambassador for excellence in care and operational leadership
Manage electronic care management and rota systems
What We’re Looking For
✔ Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to achieve)✔ Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills✔ Proven experience in managing registered services and delivering compliance with regulatory standards✔ Experience in a busy residential setting supporting individuals with complex needs✔ Flexibility to work shift patterns when required
