Duties include:
As our Warehouse & Yard Supervisor, youll lead and inspire a dedicated Warehouse and Yard team, creating a safe, efficient, and well-organised working environment during our night operations. Working closely with production and Transport, youll ensure finished goods, materials, and dispatches are managed seamlessly, helping our world-class ciders reach customers far and wide.
This is a hands-on leadership role, spending around 75% of your time on the floor, supporting your team and leading by example, alongside 25% administrative and reporting responsibilities.
Working hours: Permanent role, 2pm-10pm, Sunday to Thursday OR 09.30-18.00 Monday Friday, with flexibility to work additional hours when required

Leading Warehouse & Yard operations
Championing colleague safety, wellbeing, and high standards
Supporting production through effective materials supply and internal transfers
Managing finished goods put-away and dispatch preparation
Maintaining smooth, accurate inventory control
Driving performance through clear communication and strong leadership
What youll bring
Essential
Experience supervising warehouse or logistics teams
Background in fast-paced production or distribution environments
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop people
Solid understanding of Warehouse & Yard operations and inventory control
Strong communication skills
Desirable
Forklift / MHE licence
Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH)
Experience using WMS or ERP systems
Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
