Youwillbepartofasmall,supportiveteamofthree,providingfirst-lineITsupportandensuringsmoothoperationsacrossthehelpdesk.
ThepositionisMondaytoFriday,08:00–17:00,withnoweekendworkrequired,asanout-of-hoursteamcoverstheseshifts.
TheofficeisbasedinHattonCross,withparkingavailableandeasyaccessviapublictransport.
ThesuccessfulcandidatemusthaveexperiencewithServiceInsight,strongproblem-solvingskills,andtheabilitytoworkindependentlywhilecollaboratingeffectivelywiththeteam.Theroleisofferedatanhourlyrateequivalentto£37,000perannum.
