Responsibilities
* Managing a broad portfolio of commercial insurance accounts with professionalism and precision
* Placing a wide variety of commercial risks into the insurance market
* Building strong client relationships by offering expert, prompt, and tailored advice
* Liaising with insurer partners to negotiate and secure best-fit policies
* Delivering high levels of customer service, including efficient handling of mid-term adjustments and queries
* Ensuring all client files are accurate, complete, and up to date
* Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with company policie
Criteria
* 5+ years of commercial/corporate account handling experience
* Proven ability to manage complex and technical insurance issues
* Strong experience working with clients of various sizes across multiple sectors
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident in working across multiple communication channels with internal and external stakeholders
* CII qualified (or working towards)
