What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements Arranging and carrying out property viewings Building relationships with buyers and vendors Negotiating offers and supporting sales progression Keeping all parties informed throughout the transaction Providing a high level of customer service Generating leads for valuations and financial services Representing the agency professionally at all times What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar people-focused role Interest in property and willingness to learn Confident communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone Well organised with good attention to detail Comfortable working in a target-focused environment Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic Full UK driving licence and own vehicle What's In It For You?
