Currently looking for a reliable and organised Post room Supervisor to join a busy team in Hatfield. This is a full-time, office-based temporary role with free parking and a friendly working environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of the post room
* Sorting and delivering incoming and outgoing mail across the site
* Managing courier collections and deliveries
* Supervising a part-time assistant and keeping equipment in good working order
* Using internal systems to track deliveries and update records
* Making sure the post room stays tidy and well-stocked
* Responding to queries and requests from staff and students
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in general office admin and manual handling
* Confidence supervising others and managing tasks independently
* Good working knowledge of health and safety
* Strong attention to detail and great customer service skills
* Flexible and willing to support occasional out-of-hours events
