As our People Development Advisor, you'll:
* Assist with delivering a proactive, value-added service to the MIB Group.
* Manage all administration related to the learning management system to drive engagement and increased usage.
* Collaborate across MIB to ensure the user experience is at the heart of all engagement activities.
Responsibilities include:
1. Working closely with line managers to provide best practice guidance on people development, supporting the EVP and organizational culture.
2. Supporting the People Development Partner with talent and development programmes aligned to the talent strategy.
3. Identifying future skill requirements in line with business strategy.
4. Managing relationships with external providers as needed.
5. Supporting continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.
6. Developing project plans and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
7. Auditing talent & succession planning, organizational development, performance management, learning and development programmes, and the learning management system.
8. Ensuring all legal aspects are considered, managing risk and compliance.
9. Working with the Head of Organisational Effectiveness on budget tracking and adherence.

Salary circa £40,000 per annum, FTC until 31 December 2025, Grade 10, 35 hours/week, hybrid working from Milton Keynes MK14, IT kit provided, £320 start-up allowance.
