Dental Practice Manager – Spalding, Lincolnshire
Ernevale House Dentistry is a private, three surgery practice located in the town centre of Spalding, and is open five days a week.
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for patient care and operational excellence? If so, we are looking to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to oversee the day to day running of our busy practice.
What you will do:
* Lead and support the dental team to ensure the efficient day-to-day management of the practice, and to enable the clinicians to concentrate on clinical issues.
* Help design and implement procedures and systems to enable the Practice to meet all compliance standards to the highest possible degree.
* Continuously strive to improve procedures and the way we work in line with industry best practice.
* Motivate and lead the practice team, including supervision of rotas and time sheets.
The practice manager will require excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills, and has a pivotal role in dental team communications. You will hold responsibility for all HR and related processes, as well as CQC and other legislative matters, tom keep the Practice compliant.
Essential Criteria
* Proven leadership qualities with ability to coordinate and motivate a team
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Patient orientated, with a focus on customer care
* Ability to work independently
* Be highly motivated, enthusiastic, well presented, friendly, flexible and reliable
* Deliver financial KPIs - Efficient day-to-day running of the practice
* DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
* Willing to become CQC registered manager
Desirable Criteria
* Knowledge of CQC and GDC regulations
* Registered dental nurse
* excellent website and social media skills

Working Pattern
Our preferred working pattern is below, however this may be negotiable for the right candidate:
Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.45pm
