The Opportunity
As Marketing Manager, youll play a key strategic role in driving growth and lead generation through creative, data-driven marketing.
Youll lead a small, ambitious team and work closely with sales to deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels, from digital and SEO to PR, events and brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth plans.
* Manage and coach your team to deliver high-impact campaigns across all channels.
* Create engaging content blogs, PR, social media, brochures, newsletters and CPD materials.
* Manage brand, CRM and automated marketing systems to nurture leads and measure performance.
* Oversee agency relationships for web, SEO, Google Ads, video and design.
* Evaluate marketing data to optimise ROI and campaign success.
* Represent the company at industry events and liaise with trade and local press.
* Ensure brand consistency, strong visual identity and outstanding customer experience.
About You
* 3 + years strategic marketing management experience.
* Degree in Marketing or related field (CIM Diploma desirable).
* Proven experience in digital and traditional marketing, lead generation and brand growth.
* Skilled in CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation.
* Confident communicator able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Experienced in managing agencies, budgets and team performance.
* Knowledge of the construction or technology sectors is advantageous
