What does this role involve?
Working within our IT delivery team, you will drive quality improvement on governance, reporting, and delivering support across all portfolio projects and programmes.
You will create project files and be responsible for providing detailed guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools, and techniques.
You will contribute to financial monitoring and reporting whilst maintaining systems and registers, alongside attending meetings with various stakeholders.
Who we are looking for?
Your experience supporting and working within project and programme teams with processes and governance will allow you to quickly make a positive impact in this role.
Your reporting, analysis skills, and inquisitive nature will enable you to understand the workings of the PMO and provide support and guidance as required.
Your good eye for detail and willingness to take ownership of tasks to completion will ensure you become productive swiftly.
You will have experience using Power BI and Power Automate to support organizing processes throughout the business.
Your ability to work independently and your effective communication skills will allow you to become an integral part of the team.
