The Governors are looking to appoint a new Head of Junior School from August 2026, although a later start date may be negotiable depending on the availability of the chosen candidate. This is a tremendous opportunity for a strong and experienced leader with a commitment to single-sex boys’ education. The new Head will have the opportunity to drive the Junior School and the College forwards on several fronts whilst also demonstrating a deep respect for the College’s traditional values. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills – able to collaborate, unite, motivate and get the very best out of people. The new Head will be expected to embrace and embody the College’s founding ethos (Respect, Service and Leadership). The current chapter in the College’s history presents a particularly exciting opportunity for the new Head of Junior School to strengthen the bond between the Junior and Senior Schools and present to prospective parents a demonstrably unified organisation and educational journey. The new Head of Junior School will also have the opportunity to demonstrate their creative and strategic talent in helping the incoming Head of College to promote and drive the College’s ambitious development programme, developing facilities to deliver the very best educational environment.
