A respected property and construction consultancy based in Plymouth is seeking a capable Project Manager to join their growing regional team. This opportunity is ideal for a Project Manager looking to develop within a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment with exposure to both public and private sector projects. As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with clients, designers, and contractors to deliver high-quality schemes across healthcare, commercial, and education sectors. The successful Project Manager will play a key role in managing design coordination, stakeholder liaison, and construction delivery on live sites. The Project Manager's role The Project Manager will manage a range of construction schemes from feasibility through to practical completion, ensuring delivery to programme, quality and cost targets.
