Overview
Regional Director of Strategy (Honeywell UOP) – Bracknell. You will be responsible for managing strategic marketing and business development initiatives, focusing on the development and launch of innovative business models for UOP across regions including the UK/Europe, Turkey, Central Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa. You will lead efforts to enhance UOP\'s sustainability offerings and drive both the Annual Operating Planning (AOP) and long-term strategic planning processes to set goals and regional priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Annual Operating Planning (AOP) and long-term strategic planning (STRAP) processes, setting goals, strategies, and priorities for regional business growth over 3-5 years.
* Manage strategic marketing and business development initiatives, focusing on growth and profitability across UK/Europe, Turkey, Central Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
* Pilot new and profitable business models for UOP, employing rapid iteration and learning to ensure successful launches and support.
* Lead the scaling of UOP\'s sustainability offerings in the region, enhancing the company\'s commitment to environmentally friendly practices.
* Oversee the regional marketing team in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and strategic growth initiatives, including portfolio analysis and global expansion strategies.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical) or related technical field; MBA from a top-tier university is preferred.
* Strategic planning experience; knowledge or experience in Gas Processing, Refining, Petrochemical, and Energy Sustainability sectors.
* Strong background in marketing and technology, including digital product development and launching, plus Global B2B Marketing experience.
* Proven experience in strategy development and structured problem-solving across cross-functional teams.
* Ability to navigate and influence within an international matrixed organization, engaging multi-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
Working Model
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home, with 20% travel primarily within EATCA and US.
