We’ve partnered with a fast-growing Fintech start-up based in London who are looking to grow out their team by hiring a Broker Account Manager.
The client is a rapidly growing "Buy Now Pay Later" business, who grew by 700% last year. They sell a range of different Finance Solutions into SMEs across the UK, in the form of Credit within Embedded Finance.
The role will be spinning many plates, opening new relationships with Brokers, managing existing relationships and ultimately selling in both a New Business and Account Management environment.
A successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience closing business, both in a New Business and Account Management environment.
The Account Manager will:
* Building and maintaining long standing relationships with clients.
* Account Manage clients in the form of cross-selling, upselling and renewals.
* Proactively hunt New Business through outbound activity, full 360 sales onboarding new clients.
* Solve customer challenges.
* Be a key member of the growing team in London.
Required skills and experience:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in closing B2B deals.
* Proven track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to own a sales cycle from start to finish.
