About Our School
Our school provides specialist education for pupils aged 2 to 19 years, offering a personalized and engaging curriculum tailored to each individual's needs. We foster a collaborative and positive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
Role Responsibilities
* Work closely with teachers and therapists to support students in their learning, communication, and personal development.
* Support students in various activities, ensuring their holistic needs are met by our multidisciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and a School Nurse.
* Assist in facilitating access to our outstanding facilities such as hydrotherapy pools, sensory rooms, physiotherapy spaces, sensory gardens, and outdoor play areas.
* Encourage participation in work experience, community events, and enrichment activities to promote confidence and independence.

Candidate Requirements
* Experience in an education support or care role.
* Experience supporting learners with SEND is desirable.
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
* Right to work in the UK.
