Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Administrator to support the day-to-day financial operations of our growing business. Working closely with the leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, smooth processing of transactions, and effective administrative support. Key Responsibilities Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank statements and financial records Assist with payroll administration and staff expense processing Maintain and update financial systems and records Support month-end and year-end financial processes Liaise with suppliers, customers, and external accountants Prepare basic financial reports and summaries Assist with budgeting and cost tracking for projects Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required Requirements Previous experience in a finance or administrative role Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good numerical and analytical abilities Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong communication skills and a professional manner Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information AAT qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential What We Offer Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Flexible working options (where applicable) Supportive and friendly family-run work environment Opportunities for training and career development A chance to be part of a growing business in the renewable energy sector
