🎯 The Role: VP of Product
As VP of Product, you will:
* Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across a major product portfolio
* Lead and scale high-performing product teams
* Embed modern product practices (discovery, experimentation, outcome-driven delivery)
* Drive innovation across platform capabilities, data, and AI
* Align product strategy with complex domain needs across healthcare / pharma / regulated environments
* Partner across Engineering, UX, Data, and Commercial teams
* Influence executive decision-making and growth strategy
This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role with the autonomy to shape how product operates at scale.
💼 What We’re Looking For
🧠 Deep Product Leadership
* 12–14+ years in product management within complex B2B SaaS environments
* Proven experience leading and scaling global product teams
* Strong experience owning platform-level product strategy
🏥 Domain Expertise (Highly Important)
* Experience in healthcare, social care, pharma, medtech, or regulated SaaS environments
* Exposure to EMIS, NHS ecosystems, or healthcare data platforms is highly desirable
* Ability to understand and translate complex domain challenges into product strategy
🚀 Strategic & Commercial Capability
* Strong track record delivering measurable business outcomes (ARR growth, retention, expansion)
* Experience aligning product strategy to commercial and market opportunities
* Ability to balance long-term vision with execution
🧩 Scaling Product Organisations
* Experience building and leading high-performing product teams
* Strong product governance, operating models, and delivery frameworks
