Salary: £28,000 - 30,000 per year Requirements: Experience in education IT support, ICT technician positions, IT support engineering, MSP environments, or 1st/2nd line support Technical experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 10 and 11, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, networking, or Hyper-V is beneficial Responsibilities: Provide first and second-line IT support Support Microsoft 365 environments Troubleshoot desktop, server, and networking issues Support Azure and Intune technologies Assist with infrastructure and cloud projects Manage user accounts and permissions Support wireless and networking solutions Deliver excellent customer service Technologies: Active Directory Azure Cloud Hyper-V ICT Support Microsoft 365 Windows Office 365 More: We are a growing managed services provider supporting a key education client in York.
