Senior FP&A Associate (12 month contract)
About the role
We’re excited to have an opportunity in our FP&A team for a Finance Associate, supporting us through our transition to Workday’s ERP platform. You’ll work closely with all of our FP&A teams to understand our processes and working files, helping us to evolve into our new environment. You’ll get exposure to a variety of business areas as well as FP&A processes and our financial reporting system. We're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual, with experience of working within Finance teams, who wants to broaden their skill set whilst working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
* Understanding the evolution of our chart of accounts
* Support in updating all of our processes to optimize our transition
* Drive best-in-class documentation, enhancing control and ease of use
* Interfacing with key stakeholders in the US
* General support across the team as we balance priorities
What we’re looking for
* Experience with Workday and OneStream Planning’s planning platform are a plus
* Ability to work on your own initiative at a fast pace and manage your own time across multiple tasks
* Proven ability to build strong relationships within the team, wider department, and offshore teams
* A team player who can work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple teams
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience with monthly and annual FP&A processes
Where and how you'll work
This is a 12-month fixed-term position and can be based in our Nottingham offices. Whilst it's not guaranteed, there's potential to explore a permanent role at the end of the contract.
We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home.
We’re based in Nottingham, with on-site facilities and flexible working arrangements.
