Commercial Strategy Manager

We have partnered with a rapidly growing and award winning consumer HealthTech who are looking to hire a Commercial Strategy Lead to report into the Commercial Director and work closely with the wider SLT.
What you'll be doing:-
Set Strategy: Design and execute a forward-thinking partnership and commercial strategy aligned with company goals.
Lead Market Expansion: Spearhead market entry and growth initiatives into new channels.
Engage & Activate: Create and deliver engagement plans that optimize partner activation and fuel growth.
Build Relationships: Cultivate and manage high-value partnerships, with a strong focus on US and UK markets.
Analyze & Model: Conduct financial analysis, commercial modelling, and ROI assessments to create sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Deliver Insights: Provide senior leadership with strategic recommendations and performance insights.
Optimize Growth: Identify and act on opportunities to strengthen commercial proposition and drive scalable growth.
What we are looking for:-
* 4+ years in Strategy Consulting/Commercial exposure within a growing start-up.
* A track record of leading high-value partnerships and driving real commercial impact.
* Sharp analytical and financial skills, with confidence in building models and turning data into decisions.
* Outstanding relationship, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
* Experience creating strategy papers, business cases, and executive-level presentations.
* A strategic mind, exceptional organisation, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* A results-driven, action-oriented approach—making things happen is your superpower.
