In this role, you will be: •Delivering small group interventions in literacy and numeracy. •Covering classes where required. •Supporting pupils with EHCPs and varied SEND needs. •Working alongside the SENCO to deliver targeted provision. What we’re looking for: •HLTA qualification or equivalent experience. •Confidence in leading groups and covering lessons. •Strong SEND knowledge, particularly ASD, ADHD, and speech and language.
