We're looking for a proactive and driven Customer Account Manager to join our team at water2business, based in Nailsea. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of business customers, helping to strengthen our customer experience in a competitive market. What you’ll do

As anAccount Manager you'll:

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with business customers to ensure high engagement and loyalty
* Act as the primary point of contact for your customer portfolio with billing queries and cost savings, influencingdecision-makers at all levels
* Hold regular review meetings with your customers, both face to face and virtually, across your national portfolio
* Drive customer retention by ensuring timely contract renewals while proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow account revenue
* Deliver value-added services and solutions tailored to customer needs
* Educate internal stakeholders on commercial pressures and customer expectations
* Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring effective time management and regular customer contact
* Stay visible in the business community and develop external networks.


What you’ll need

To succeed in this role,you'll bring:

* Outstanding customer service skills, with a genuine passion for helping customers and ensuring satisfaction
* Proven experience inaccount managementor a customer-facing role
* Commercial awareness and theability to identify new revenue opportunities
* Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust
* Effective team collaboration skills, with a willingness to work cross-functionallyacross the business
* A customer-centric mindset, always aiming to deliver exceptional service and value
* Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with changing customer needs and business priorities.
