Salary: £34,621
A Roofer will deliver a wide range of responsive maintenancework to Great Places properties,to a diverse customer base for Great Places Housing Group.

* 39 hour week, working hours 8am-4:30pm Monday -Thursday & 8am-3:30pm on Friday
* Start at 26 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days plus bank holidays
* Van, Fuel card, Uniform & Tools provided
* Key must haves full clean driving licence,roofing experience
Whatyoullbe doing
* Fixing tiles on a variety of roof types
* Capping, demolishing & rebuilding chimney stacks
* Joinery works to soffit &facias
* Structural work on timber rooves
* Plumbing repairs to gutters,rain wateroutlets & gutters
* Insulation assessment and installation
* Roof ventilation works
* Additionalrepairs including such as brickwork, paving, fencing, gates, unblocking drains and associated works
* Respecting customer homes, leaving them clean and safe
* Treating your customers with respect and empathy

1. Qualified to minimum NVQ level 2(or equivalent)in Roofingor worked experience
