Salary: £12.41 - £12.71 per hour
Service: Rowan House, CM15 0NJ
Shifts: Rotational, 37.5 hours per week

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Through understanding the needs of the people you support; you’ll provide exceptional care that truly changes lives.
Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences. Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions. Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
Your Service
Rowan House is a welcoming home nestled in the Essex countryside. The residents lead vibrant and socially active lives, embracing a wide array of activities. From cycling adventures to hydrotherapy sessions, swimming to trampolining experiences – theres never a dull moment. However, they also enjoy a relaxed day, with arts, picnics in the park, visiting a local animal sanctuary, or simply enjoying the comforts of home.

Next Steps
Once you’ve applied our dedicated in-house recruitment team will call to share more about the role. The next step will be an interview in the service, where you’ll meet the team and the people we support. If successful, we’ll organise your Free DBS Check and references prior to confirming your start date. Your journey will then begin with a 3-day online induction, before heading to the service to get started.
